Default Stall

What do you do to break a "stall" when using Medifast? It has been a few weeks and nothing on the scale showing signs of a loss. I am losing inches, but how about that needle dropping? Should I take a break from Medifast?

When I plateaued, I upped my cardio from 3-5 days per week at 30-45min, and it seemed to kick it into gear...
I saw what I thought was -3lb water weight, but it stayed off and continued even with adding a maintenance bar to make up for it
