Thanks Gina, I seem to be getting back on track. I planned to go off plan during the holidays but January was very tough and just last week I was able to really bog down and focus. Even stayed OP during Superbowl. So I am hoping that I can continue the trend and hit my goal!

You are so close. You CAN do this. I can't even see the end of my goal at my weight right now. Good job staying OP during superbowl. That's a great achievement. Keep up the good work.

Thank you BSG. It has been a life changing year for me. I am in fat burning now and the ounces are melting away every day. I really hope I can hit goal by the end of Feb. If not It will not be the end of the world.

I am!

I started on July 1, 2015 and am down 113 so far. I hope to lose about 40-50 more, but we will see (how I look and feel) when I get closer to goal. So far so good. I have not had any problems (even through the Holidays!) but lately I have been semi-craving chips a lot. Just pushing through it though, not giving in!
Hard part is I work in a school - have you ever seen how many sweets and whatnot are in a teachers lounge?? Ridiculous.
Easy part is that my husband is doing this (mostly - he does a modified version) along with me so he is a wonderful support system.

I hope to come around here more often - I can definitely use people to talk to about it!

Good Morning Thunder. I found your post this morning. I have been on Medifast since December 1st 2015 and have lost 42lbs so far. I, like you, had a problem with remembering to eat every 2 1/2 hours - 3 hrs. I finally resolved that problem by setting the alarm on my Fitbit. It has been awesome and I have been able to stay on Fat Burn . It is set for 7:30, 10:00, 12:30, 3:00, 5:30 and 8:00. Hope this suggestion helps

Default Hi - I'm new!

I'm new to MF - on day 4, and doing swimmingly.

I am absolutely LOVING it so far.

I'm really glad to see some more opportunities for support. I was never part of the old forum - but the support is very difficult without others on MF because there is SO much negative reaction among participants in other programs.

Default Medifast Info

I have been searching on here for a good blog for Medifast. I saw someone posted to join the group Jennifer's Madness on FB and I did. Quickly was chatting with her and very impressed with the response. Go to her page and check it out

Thanks for the recommendation! I just requested to join. Hoping it's more of a network than most of what I've found thus far online. It's pretty barren out here.

I was on Medifast in September 2013 but stopped in early 2014 after losing about 30lbs (the holidays came which resulted in me going off plan and struggling to get back so I gave up, switched to another method and got to my lowest weight). After struggling for the last year with my weight and gaining about 25lbs, hubby and I decided to order and try it again.

Height: 5'6"
Age: 32
Highest weight (ever): 297lbs
Weight when I started Medifast 2013: 252lbs
Lowest Weight (2015): 208lbs
Current Weight: 235lbs

I'm still waiting on my food. I ordered on Saturday night and just got the shipping notice today so I think I'll have to wait like, 10 days, maybe longer to get it (I live in the middle of no where Alaska so it'll take a while to get here). Let me know how you did yesterday, I'm interested in opinions on how everything tastes. I've read you have to soak certain items to make them palatable.
