Well this is the start of my third month and I am very please with my results. I am down 32lbs. I have 40 more lbs to go.
This has not been the easiest as I have not been 100% committed. I have had a few days where I didnt care and had a few beers. But once the work week starts I commit myself.
I have had the same belt for over 10 years and I will guess in 2 more weeks I will have to retire the thing. This is a great achievement for me.
Congratulations on your 32 lbs. gone! Great job! I understand about the slip ups but you have to live the rest of your life and you know what your goal is and what you need to get there. Congrats!
Great job making it so far into your weight loss. You are doing great! I just started last Friday so this is my 4th day. So far, so good. My goal is 73 pounds. Glad to see some great, positive results from people.
