Time for a Challenge
 
Ladies and Gents,,,,

Let's shake up this board with a medifast challenge.
Let's give it till the end of June and stick with the plan.
If you must go off, just switch to another plan for a day or two and that's ok, but get back on plan and let's see the scale move.

Personally if I get sick of these meals I'm gonna do a few Atkins days, which I project will melt the pounds right off....

Wednesday is my weigh in day.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and
Wednesday and Thursday this week will all Be Atkins/Stillmans blend. I'll be back on Medifast for Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Hi all! Sounds like a great idea for keeping motivated. I am in day 6 of Medifast and I have been absolutely 100% since starting. You mentioned if you go off plan you would possibly do an Atkins day. Can you do this maybe twice every 30 days and still keep losing steadily? Does it throw a big kink in the plan for that week or anything? At day 6 I'm definitely NOT ready to go off plan yet, but I can see how I will get bored with the same things after some time, so if this is a possibility I would like to know it is there.
As far as the challenge. My weigh day is Thursday so I will update as soon as I wake up and weigh! :)

If you just use an off day with Atkins or Stillmans you will most likely still lose. And it will be fun. My husbands did that and it worked great. But like you said your doing 100% Medifast so why tweak it when it's working.;)

I'm going to make my weigh in day for Friday......

Goals are great to have and so is company in reaching them. I want our challenge to be full of fun and grace. Grace when we need it, and fun all the time.

I just received a shipment of medifast and it included some things I've never tried, like the mashed potato and mac n cheese. I am looking so forward to trying these.

As I told you guys before My husband did this diet and he is still Skinny. I just cheated and fell off the wagon to much. This time I'm gonna do it. I have a goal to be my right weight by the November Cruise. I've never taken a cruise and it's been soooooo looooong since I've been my right weight.

So if you all can think of some nice mini goals or maxi ones, that will help keep us focused......hugs to All

Well I'm feeling more stable. I had a good start to begin with, but my husbands days off threw me off. So Mondays and Tuesdays will be a challenge.
