Default What to expect?

Hi....

I am about to start in about 5 days and quite excited. Woo Hoo!

I had a question for those who have done this before.... I am quite good at sticking to a diet and do not fall off the wagon, once I decide on something. I have about 40/45 lbs to lose. So what should be my expectation from a time perspective? I know that I will not be seeing 20lbs weight loss in the first month but I do want set some sort of expectations for my self.

Btw...I am not doing this through a Medifast Center and have no counselor . I have ordered online and manage my +1 with advice from dicussion forums such as these.

TIA

I hate this answer but it's true, everyone is different. Some people experience 3-4 lb losses a week. SOme people (like me) only 1 - 1.5 even when OP 100%. Use the medifast forums for answers and if you haven't already, order your first couple of orders from Medifast (to get the free meals) and then order from EBay. Good Luck, this works, it really does.
