Default Back on MF Help me remember these...

I am back on Medifast but it has been a while so I cannot remember where the following fall as far as Healthy Fats or Condiments and how much...

Laughing Cow Cheese
Peanut Butter
Cool Whip
Almond Milk

If anyone knows the answer that would be great!

Thanks for the help

Peanut Butter is no longer on plan. However, you can use the PB2 up to a certain amount.

Hi! I thought I'd bump this thread up to see if you guys had any suggestions. I just started medifast and really like the convenience of it, and I feel pretty good too but the food is pretty gross...so I saw the above products mentioned like cool whip, pb2.... And any other additive... Where are you guys using these? Any suggestions? I have to make this a little more palatable without going off plan too much!
