Does anyone know of a site where one could participate in a Medifast food exchange?
I have many products that I don't care for. I would like to swap them with another Medifast-er who may have the same problem.
I know I can sell these unwanted items on Ebay or Craigslist, but I'd rather do a straight up trade for items I know I like.
The Medifast website forbids discussing exchange programs.
Any help would be appreciated. Or, if you have some you'd like to swap, please let me know what you have or what you're looking for.

We can't contact you by Private Message until you have been on 3FC something like 30 days and have made 30 posts. I'm not sure of the exact number--it changes sometimes. Check the forum rules to get the real number.

Anyway, good luck in finding an exchange situation. Sometimes selling is just as easy.

You could always just post a Craigslist ad saying you would like to trade. Or if you have a health coach they should be able to help you out by putting you in touch with another client. We all have food we don't like! I'm in California otherwise I would trade with you. Or you ordering from a clinic, the website, or tsfl. Cause I find it easy to return items I don't like even if one is missing. TSFLs return policy through their customer service is pretty great!

My coach suggested to find someone to trade with local first, but I know MF has a 30day return policy even after you have eaten 2 meals. Hope you find someone to swap I'm in the same boat, didn't care for the nacho chili puffs
