I'm going to be starting this soon! I'm placing my first order next week. I'm wondering what's your favorite meal?

Default Favorite Meal

I WISHED I could be positive on this but in all honesty, I cannot. It all (to me) tastes like cardboard and bland coming out of those packets. IF I had to pick one, it would be the Fudge Brownie. It is the MOST pallatable of all. OK, the WILDBERRY yogurt drink is also pretty good. However, follow the protocol and it works, if not only for being about 900 calories/day. I started on 11/17 at 243, and now Jan 2, I am at 210. I had a full cheat weekend and a day in between, but have been pretty faithful to the program all in all. However, now I am substituting Atkins bars, shakes and EAS powder due to the expensive costs of the IP food.

Love the mixed berry cereal. Eat it with 1/2 cup of almond milk and it is delicious

There are several great options. But you have to remember it is diet food. I'm on Medifast for the second time. I lost a ton of weight the first time by staying on plan, drinking a lot of water, and exercising.

Just as I made it transition, my mom passed away, one month to the day my father-in-law's wife passed away, and one week after that, my husband lost his job. Needless to say, I spiraled out of control, and gained most of it back - and at a much faster rate than I had lost it.

I have finally recommitted. I like the food, but the first week I was on it the first time - I cried daily, as it did taste like cardboard. As your taste buds adjust, you will find some of them to be down right tasty. Good luck! Work the plan, and the plan will work.

Hot Cocoa has always been my favorite. In the summer I make it with coffee and put it over ice for an iced mocha. So good! I drink it hot in winter, sometimes also made with coffee.

I LOVE the brownie ! I have one every night for dessert, I think it is what has kept me OP since June. Also really like the chocolate crunch bars, p.b. choc. chip chewy bar, chicken noodle soup, berry smoothie, vanilla and choc. shakes.
