Medifast app for Kindle?

Hi,
Does anyone know of a good substitute app to track meals and water?

Medifast doesn't offer an app for Kindle and I don't want to use a "jailbreaker" type app in order to use it.

Does myfitnesspal have a kindle app? All the Medifast foods I ever had were in there.
