already stalled at week 3

  • I did not lose at all this week, and still have my "period" a full week before it's due. I'm not a happy camper. I hate that my cycle is irregular due to my diet, since it's never ever happened to me before, and I hate that I'm still hungry a lot and never satisfied on the medifast.

    I ordered five more weeks of food, but if I don't start seeing some real results, I will not be ordering any more after that. It's not worth the money to me.
  • It is normal to not see anything during week three. And TOM causes water weight gain. Also, weightloss is not linear. If you aren't doing it, start measuring with a tape measure....the weeks you don't see pounds drop, you will usually see inches shed off.
  • I definitely should buy a tape measure, you're totally right. I notice that even though the number doesn't change, my clothes are a lot looser, especially in the arms and legs which has never happened to me before. Thanks for the encouragement
