Default already stalled at week 3

I did not lose at all this week, and still have my "period" a full week before it's due. I'm not a happy camper. I hate that my cycle is irregular due to my diet, since it's never ever happened to me before, and I hate that I'm still hungry a lot and never satisfied on the medifast.

I ordered five more weeks of food, but if I don't start seeing some real results, I will not be ordering any more after that. It's not worth the money to me.

It is normal to not see anything during week three. And TOM causes water weight gain. Also, weightloss is not linear. If you aren't doing it, start measuring with a tape measure....the weeks you don't see pounds drop, you will usually see inches shed off.

I definitely should buy a tape measure, you're totally right. I notice that even though the number doesn't change, my clothes are a lot looser, especially in the arms and legs which has never happened to me before. Thanks for the encouragement
