I'm currently doing my medifast with a friend with your stats. She wanted to just lean out mostly. She did that very well and easily. She looks great. And she's about ready to get into the maintenance portion of medifast. I think this can work for you as long as you are also trying to lean out. If you are 100% compliant, you will be in the fat burning stage. IE burning fat and not lean muscle. Talk to a medifast nutrition specialist, they could give you more details. And yes, coffee is OK on medifast, but I believe no more than 1 cup a day and no sugary creamers :-) good luck!
