You most certainly can have a pickle. If you go to the MF ordering site and click on the link for tools, you can find a list of optional condiments.
Your snacks do not count as meals. They are counted as optional. You are recommended to have no more then one a day.
• 3 celery stalks
• 1 fruit-flavored sugar-free PopsicleŽ
• ˝ cup serving sugar-free gelatin, such as Jell-OŽ
• Up to 3 pieces of sugar-free gum or mints
• 2 dill pickle spears
• ˝ oz of nuts: almonds (10 whole), walnuts
(7 halves), or pistachios (20 kernels)*
