I am on my first week of Medifast and I love it so far. It seems like the easiest diet I have ever been on. I stay pretty satisfied and the "carbs" really keep me on track-pancakes, brownies, etc....I am a carboholic. I think I have lost about 3-4 so far which I know is water weight, but I cant believe I will actually lose weight following this diet! Tell me its true!
