Default Food has arrived! Time Saver Suggestions?

Alright folks! I've unpacked my months worth of Medifast and placed it in my cabinet separate from my roommate's food!

I am excited and nervous. I didn't know everything came in powder form and had to be prepared.

Do you have any time saving tips? Like preparing the night before and reheating?

Thanks! I hope to make myself proud this month :-)

Hello, I am a restarter. I have found that you can prepare the soups, etc. ahead and reheat. They are actually better that way. However, the cold items do need cold water, etc. to really work well. I am just getting back into the swing of things--my first day back. So I need to review for myself what I had learned earlier. Good luck!
