Hi - I'm looking for some feedback on if this is the right plan for someone who is on the last leg of their weightloss goal.
I was doing the Ideal Protein plan and had good results (20lbs lost) and my aunt told me about this one. I like the fact that you eat every couple of hours. With IP, I get so hungry in between shakes that I have started to cheat on the plan. I know that isn't going to get me anywhere fast.
I'm just concerned that the carbs are higher on this plan and I'm wondering if this plan will still work for me? I noticed that the bars, soups and shakes all have about 15 gm of carbs each.
I'm skeptical that I won't lose if I'm eating 80-100gm total per day - or am I just brainwashed by eating <30 gm/day on the other plan.
