Is it ok to skip a MF meal if i am not hungry

I am out of MF breakfast, so I am skipping that meal until my shipment comes in. Also, I do not feel hungry after my lean and green dinner, so i have been skipping the evening shake. Is it ok to do that? I am on week 2 of MF, lost 5lbs the 1st week, and only 2 lbs the 3rd day of 2nd week. Am i doing something wrong to skip the MF meals?

NO, don't skip MF meals!

We're eating so little, that skipping a meal could be enough to put you into starvation mode, and stop losing weight.

FWIW, you can eat any medifast meal you want at breakfast time. Brownies are one of my favorite breakfasts. :D And there are plenty of nights that I eat my last meal in bed. :D Sure beats waking up at 3am shaky and starving.

I agree with Riddy. Don't skip. You need to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours to get into that amazing fat burn state. Once you're there, continue that so that your body gets everything it needs. The meals are formulated with the vitamins & minerals of a 2000 calorie diet packed into the 5&1 plan. Skipping will stop the weight loss and out your body into starvation mode like Riddy said. The body will hold on to the fat stored instead of releasing it. All the best!

I'm in the same boat as you...I lost 10 the first week and 2 this week so far (day 5). Today I split my lean and green into 2 meals and see if that makes a difference.

I have the same issue. First week I lost 11, and I don't think I've lost anything in week 2. I know I need to make sure I eat even when I don't feel like it because I know starvation mode will keep me at 0 for the week.
