Default First Day--cooking directions don't work?

OK--it's my first day on MF. I'm getting ready to head in for my third meal.

I have to say that the eggs weren't terrific. I followed the package directions, but they were WAY overcooked.

Any suggestions on how better to cook these foods? Have you found that some of the cooking directions just don't work? I really don't want overcooked eggs and undercooked oatmeal going forward....

I'm on the plan for two weeks. Two reasons: I'm hoping to get a jump start on a more manageable plan and MF is VERY expensive!

Here we go!

I have learned to veggify my eggs and add some more spices to my liking. I also find it is easy to overcook the omelet.

Cook the eggs on the stove! And add salsa.

Mmm... Salsa! Everything's better with salsa!

Good tip. Thanks,

HAHAHAHA!

I guess it helps to read the directions correctly. I was only using 1/4 C of water (instead of 1/2). No wonder they eggs were like rubber. So much better this morning!
