I love the c.c. pancakes. I like the shakes and bars as well. Heating up the smores bars in the mico for about 15 seconds.....LOVE IT!! I do not like the oatmeal, sloppy joes or pretzles. Is it wrong to just stick with a few items on the medifast plan? I don't want to fail and I am concerned if I have to eat the things I don't like I will not stick on program. On the plus I have lost 7 pounds in 3 days. I know this is all water and the weight loss will slow down but just watching the scale go down is great!
Any words of advice would be nice.
