Anyone else get dizzy?
 

OK, update. anyone experience dizziness in the first couple of days of this diet? It's 4 p.m. and I've had 5 medifast meals today and I am so. dizzy. I am planning to have my L&G in a couple of hours but I'm just kind of worried this won't work for me because I have a job to do and I can't afford to feel like this all the time. Any experiences/ advice would be welcomed and appreciated! :dizzy:

I didn't, but it's pretty common.

Drink more water.
Have a little salt - either a couple dill pickles or some meat/veggie broth/boullion.

Hang in there - it should pass in a few days!
