Default Medifast Shakes--

I am trying out the medifast shakes and wanted to know if I could add in fruit/yogurt/use milk instead of water, to make the more filling?

No, you can't. Dairy and fruits are not allowed on the Medifast weight loss program.

Are you actually doing the Medifast program or just trying out a few Medifast meals here and there? It's OK if you are just seeing what they are like, but you may not see the weight-loss results of actually being on the program.

Just trying things out. I am hoping to see if I can find some t hat I LIKE that will sustain me. I've done a shake in the morning (though I added stuff the last two days) and a bar around 10. Then I have soup or salad and a lean cuisine someting at lunch, and then some small snack around 3 and then whatever dinner works out as. Last night it was chips because I was baby sitting til almost 9, and I didn't want too much in me before bed.

No you can't but you can add the following:

Sugar free syrups
Flavorings (vanilla, peppermint, coconut, etc)
Diet pops (like orange diet to a vanilla to make a creamcicle)
Ice cubs
A tablespoon of fat free cool whip (YUM)
Splenda

Many things you can do to doctor it up and stay OP!
