I started Medifast a few days ago, but feel like I'm missing something.
I understand the 5-1 plan... You eat 5 MF things and 1 L&G meal.
My understanding kind of stops there. Ha.
1. For the 5 MF things: what can I have? I'm assuming I can not eat 5 bars a day or 5 pancakes a day. Is there a limit to the the "meals" vs shakes?
2. What is the difference between 50 shakes and 70 (??is that correct?) shakes?
3. Are watch MF thing (packet, juice box...) considered one of your 5 meals?
I know this seems silly... I feel like I should be able to figure this out myself!! But the wording of the website can get a little confusing.
And yes, I am going to get a MF coach...
