2 weeks in, down 11 pounds!
I just completed Week 2 on Medifast and I'm already down 11 pounds! I lost NINE Week 1, and then an addition 2 this week. This is the easiest diet I've ever been on (I HATE cooking and my work schedule is insane) so I'm a happy girl!

Good for you!! my dad lost like 45 pounds in 3 months on that!
