medifast meals

I am tired of spending money on the 4 boxes of food and have lots of leftovers as I haven't been following the plan as outlined. I was told via email from an employee at the medi center that they have a 2 medi meal plan that I could follow. Anyone heard of this? I can't find anything online.

I've heard of the 4&2 plan, but not a 2&anything. Maybe someone else has an idea. Can you call the center and talk to them about it?

I have no idea what a 2 medi meal plan would be. Are you sure you're going to a bona fide Medifast center?

Maybe the OP is referring to the Medi-Weightloss Clinics® Program, rather than MediFast?
