S/C/G: Lost 50 lbs, regained some

Height: 5'3"

Default Progress Reports

Hey, Medifasters! How about hearing some reports on the progress you're making? Come on in and post here!

For me: I can't follow the regular Medifast, but I've been having success on my modified plan (I have to use different foods because I react to soy protein powder). However, I have been stuck at the same weight for a month. I'm just going to keep going and hope I drop some pounds soon.

Week 1 was - 8. Week 2 was -4.6. Week 3 I fell apart =( SO much going on; FIL in hospital, dog sick, loaded up on hours at work. Not really excuses; I need to figure out a way to handle it but it ended up being + 3.3. But, back on track this week and already lost the 3.3 I gained so I'm hoping by Saturday's weight-in I'll have a good number on the scale and end the month with at least 15 lost. I'm finishing up a MF meal and then going to strap on the walkin' shoes and get some exercise going this week too. I wanted to start on it last week but, like the weight loss, that plan fell apart as well.

I'm down 7 lbs in two weeks. But nearly all of that loss was in the first week. I fell off the wagon a couple of times in the past few days but am recommitted now. I just need to stop sabatoging myself.

Friday, I recieved my food for the next month - so I'm committed to this.

I'm ending week 4, will weigh in on Thursday. They had me on wrong plan for my BMI, so only lost 8 pounds first 3 weeks. Changed to 5 - 2 program and hope pounds start to come off this seek. I am committed to staying with the program and appreciate all the encouragement found here.
