It took 8 weeks but I did it!!!!
I lost 16 lbs and 19 inches on medifast, now comes the transition stage.

This is great cause on week 9 after the 8 week transition, my husband and I fly into Mexico for a 7 day vacation at an all inclusive resort, why do I think that week will be harder than the 8 weeks of transition, LOL

What a great reward and goal to meet with this new way of eating and lifestyle.

Hey! That's great! Take along some Medifast meals to help on the trip, and remember your basic principles.
