Just ordered it today, hope it works. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Edited: Sorry, post removed. I thought you were new to MF all together and wanted feedback, didn't pay attention to the fact you wanted feedback on the sleep-aid. I think it's the first week of MF brain fog going on, lol.

That's okay, I love to hear about how others are doing on Medifast,I am on week 7 with one pound to go, stick with this it has made me feel so much better.

Did the sleep aid work for you?

It is Melatonin, and I bought cheaper, regular Melatonin, but it has no effect on me. I still sleep as much/little as I did before.
