2nd day with a question

I started Medifast yesterday and excited there is so much information shared between each other here on this forum. I have a question, can you split the lean and green meal to eat at lunch and dinner, along with the medifast food.

Hey!

Yes, you can! Split everything--the lean and the green--and that way you eat 7 times a day instead of 6.

There are times when that really has worked well for me.
