Default Miracle Noodles/Shiratake Noodles

Hey everyone! I'm new to the forum and have been on MF for about 2 weeks now and have lost about 8 lbs.

My question for you is has anyone tried the Miracle Noodles (or the Tofu version - Shiratake)? I have made them several different ways but I'm wondering how they would effect the MF diet? It doesn't seem that there is anything in them that would be off plan to me.

Here are the nutrition facts:

Serving Size: 3 oz
Servings Per Container: 2.3
Amount Per Serving
Calories 0 Calories from Fat 0
Total Fat 0g 0%
Protein 0g 0%
Protein <1g 0%
Sugar 0g 0%
Carbohydrate <1g - only fiber
Zero Net Carbs, Zero Calories, Zero Glycemic Index
Ingredients: Water, glucomannan (soluble fiber), calcium additive.
No soy, gluten, or wheat!

I have made them and doctored them up with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, Garlic Powder and Italian seasoning and they are heaven to me since noodles are not allowed! They also offer lots of recipes that might fit into our lean and greens although I have not tired them yet.

Please let me know your thoughts and if you have tried them.

I haven't tried them. I don't see anything in them, either--but the best way to make sure would be to post a question to the Registered Dietitian on the Medifast site forum. They will tell you whether it's really OK to eat them on Medifast.

They're allowed on Medifast under the Lean & Green...I found it there....
