Sign up for their newsletter and they will email coupon codes from time to time. If cost is a factor, you might be interested in some lower priced medifast knock-off products such as Wonderslim sold at dietdirect.com I'm going to close this thread now since mentions of TSFL draws out spammers that will PM members to solicit sales.
