Well, although I do like Medifast and will continue until I've used it all, I've come across a, um, "problem". Apparently, the soy is interfering with my birth control pill and I'm getting excessive breakthrough bleeding. I've always had a day or two of spotting, but nothing serious. This? This is excessive IMO. It saddens me because I like the program and I saw it as something I could do for a couple of months, but after over a week of bleeding and no end in sight, I'm thinking that I'll quit after the first month.
Doing excellent! Keep up the good work! Tomorrow is my weigh and measure day.
But first I have to find my scale, my husband put it up so I can't jump on it each day! LOL! Never thought he would actually hide it after I made a few comments about it being put up!

lost 5 more lbs ,down to 220! I was extreamly worried about thanksgiving but I was able to keep to the program since everything was set out for me though with all the focus on food I had to have many inner discussions with my self All lights are up and the tree is looking good and I get another dancing carrot today!I've lost 20 lbs,about 4 lbs a week so its working for me!I feel in controlI haven't chewed any limbs off so I can do another week.back to the battle and luck to all!
