Ive been on Medifast for 9-1/2 weeks. The last two weeks have been crazy and I haven't been eating all 5 meals and the lean & green. I've had about 3 meals and maybe a lean & green 3 days during the week. I'm not trying to NOT eat, just been in meetings non-stop. Well - lost 1 pound in two weeks. I was losing 3 to 4 a week until then. I'm was not happy.
This week I have made sure to follow the plan exactly and not miss any meals, even pulling out bars in the middle of the meetings. I've lost 2 pounds in the past 3 days.
Moral of the story - Eat to lose! BTW - I've lost 34 pounds - just 22 to go. YEAH!
