I am down 43 pounds on Medifast so far. Most Medifasters use the official Medifast support site boards.

I am 8 weeks in and have lost 25lbs. It has been a steady loss and I know if I start exercising, it will help. Hubby is also on it and he has lost 36lbs. We have mindset and expect to stay on it for another 6-8 months.

I started out on Weight Watchers, but really didn't have the time for all the food prep, so started I Medifast since I can just grab and go for the most part. I've been on for ten days and I'm down 8.3 lbs.
But big guys loose fast at first. We'll see how much the weight loss slows down.

I've lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks. It's been really effortless. The hardest thing for me is to eat the lean & green at night. I'm just not ever hungry. I guess that's a good thing.
I started this because I've had two friends lose successfully and quickly. One of them is my mexican-food buddy so I knew if she could do it, so could I.
Good luck! - PS - don't order the pudding. It's awful!

Oh I LOVE the pudding! Chocolate is my FAVORITE! I add a dallop of cool whip (fat free/sugar free) and mix it together and it tastes like mousse!
I didn't like the vanilla, but I added some almond extract and now I think it's delicious! It's funny how everyone has different taste buds.

Medifast worked for me. I lost 73 lbs in 28 weeks on the Medifast program. I'm one of this years Medifast contest winners.

New to Medifast
Hi,
I started Medifast on Sunday, 10-10 and so far, I am down 9 pounds, and extremely excited about that! The first couple of days were tough. I went to bed early. I had headaches, and I felt like I did not have enough food. But then, my appetite went away and I kind of made myself eat. My appetite is back, but I have also been exercising. I am really going to need the support, because I totally have the ability to self sabotoge, and yesterday my cravings were up. My goal weight of 150 pounds seems so far away.

Update -
So far I've lost 43 pounds in 14 weeks. I have 11 pounds to go. I love Medifast! This has been exceptionally easy.

Yay! I'm so glad to hear all this. I just ordered Medifast and I plan on starting Monday when we get back from our weekend trip to the coast. LOVE the good news! Sounds like it really works. I want to lose ~25 lbs, but will lose more if I think I can and need to and if it's really effortless for me too.

With Medifast, I'm wondering if most lose the same amount consistently or if it fluctuates. And if it fluctuates, is their a pattern to the fluctuations. Thanks

YAY! I'm down to 212 from 245 on a similar program. The weight loss has been pretty consistent, as long as I stay on program. It works, folks.

Good to know. I ate beef this week instead of fish and have not lost.
