Default Medifast Grocery List Questions

So I started on Medifast less than a week ago and it seems to be going really smoothly, I weigh myself tomorrow, so we'll see how good it went. But my question is what do you reccommend buying at the grocery store to help liven up my lean and green meals or medifast meals - such as condiments, spices, etc. Does anyone have any great recipes as well? I've already tried and liked a couple from the medifast website but I'm hoping that people who have lived it have more for me. thanks for all your help.

I like the Walden Farms calorie free dressings especially their ranch. I buy a lot of frozen veggies and then roast them for the green. I also think broccoli slaw is a great green. I like Gorton's grilled tilapia, grilled salmon and grilled shrimp for my lean. Morning Star Farms veggie burgers, soy crumbles and grilled chicken are also good for the lean. Kraft makes a fat free cheddar cheese which you can use for lean protein. Don't forget you can mix and match lean and green in one meal as long as the oz add up.

One recipe I really like is for spaghetti.

2 cups broccoli slaw
1 cup vegetable only marinara sauce (available in most super markets) or make your own sauce from tomatoes
3 oz Morning Star Farms soy crumbles
3 oz Kraft Fat Free Cheese

Cover broccoli slaw with marinara sauce and add soy crumbles. Microwave until heated. Add cheese and stir. Yum!
