Default Medifast Food selection

Has any one been told it makes a difference which Medifast Foods you choose to eat. I've heard 2 things, Shakes make the weight come off faster and the other is it doesn't matter. Just would like to clear it up.

Thanks

Medifast says their meals are interchangeable so that it does not matter which you choose. I've heard individuals claim that they lose easier with just the shakes but I don't think it is true for most people. Personally I think medifast works well enough that you should choose the medifast meals that you enjoy most. Good luck.

I never saw any difference in my weight loss. The meals are interchangeable. The key is to stay below 1000 calories and below 100 carbs.

thank you both. I'll just keep doing what I've been doing. It's working.
