I have used the lemonade infuser. I like it alot! Unfortunately, I do not know if they actually work, other than make me pee more and I get real jittery as well as heart palipations, so I do not use it much. I only use it when I really need to boost the water intake.
I have tried all of the flavor infusers except for the strawberry lemonade flavor. I actually don't like any of them, I find them to be extremely sweet and they're pretty expensive. I usually use crystal light on the go packets and add some extra water, it saves me a lot of money and helps me keep up with my water in take (my health coach recommended 80 oz water per day). The crystal light sticks also come in a wider variety of flavors...
I have tried all 3 flavors. I like the strawberry lemonade and the mixed berry. I have no idea if they work or not. I see no difference. If I drink them after 4pm, I have trouble sleeping!
Thank you, everyone, for your honesty. I really don't need anything else that will make me jittery. I am just having a hard time getting back in the saddle after the holidays.
