Default Should I start on a weekend?

Hi ladies!

I am starting Medifast/Take Shape For Life and I am wondering if I should start on a weekend or not.

My plan was to start on Saturday but I'm anxious, already have everything and I want to start tomorrow haha. My whole family has done it and a few people suggested I start on a weekend so I can rest if I need to (they stated they were cranky and tired when they first began...).

What do you ladies think? I'm a stay at home mom of a toddler, if that helps.

I'm excited to get started and I'm really glad I found this forum! I'm hoping to get some tips and ideas for my lean and green meal.

I have approx 60lbs to loose. My goal is to be around 135. Ideally I'd like to be about a size 6 pants and a Medium in tops. Here's hoping, right?

I plan to start when my order gets in. I don't care what day it is! LOL @ myself

As a stay at home mom is your weekend any less tiring than a weekday? I watch my daughter and it doesn't matter what day it is....she works HARD.

Good luck on your weight loss!

Well the difference would be that my husband would be here to help watch her if I needed to go lay down or rest or whatever.

I think we are twins. I am also a stay at home mom. I have a 7 year old and 1 year old. I want to be a size 6 and M shirt and I need to lose 60 more pounds to do it. I've been on medifast for 4 weeks and lost 25! I started on a Tue and did not find myself so tired and cranky that I couldn't take good care of the kids. Of course, waiting until Sat wouldn't hurt if you are worried about it. Best of luck and keep us updated on your progress.
