You can also use shirataki noodles. "Shirataki are calorie free, they are only made of soluble fiber. Medifast FAQs say: Yes. You can have shirataki noodles -- serving size 1-1/2 cups (12 oz). This would be considered the “Green” portion of your Lean & Green Meal.
You might give these a try as a "pasta". Make SURE you rinse them well!!! There are lots of recipes out there for them, even on the medifast website.
