This is my first post and I've been on MF for about a week and have lost 5lbs. I found MF through the free section on craigslist. Someone who was using it ended up being allergic to the soy and was spreading the love of the program by giving away garbage bags full of product! I know she's like the MF Santa! I loath cooking of any kind except baking so other plans have always been a bit frusterating. I intended to use what product she gave me to get a jump start on losing weight then switch to a diet I have done before but was having a hard time committing to it this time around (pretty much whole food/food combination diet).
Her favorite was cheesecake and apple cinnamon (WS brand) and I have tons of them but I have a hard time keeping them down. I know they got great ratings but I haven't tried it in a blender yet and maybe that will help. Now that I have read all the posts and how valuable and pricey the food can be I'm even more grateful and I'll just chug it down if i have to!
Thank you to all of those who have taken the time to post a question b/c I've read them all and they have been inspiring, informative and encouraging.
