haven't started yet and confused

I have read some of the posts on here and thank everyone!

I don't know if I should start with Medifast or buy the Wonderslim from Diet Direct. Any advice? It seems Wonderslim has materials with it to start also. I appreciate any help.

I ordered the Wonderslim. The free shipping on 79.00 got to me. I have 2 "food events" to attend this week, and am planning on starting a week from today. You are doing so well on Medifast. Hopefully I can do well on this.

MF does work and so doesnt Wonderslim. I think you will like the Wonderslim products.

I am likely to go to a medically supervised diet center, the product they use is made by the manufacturer Robard, which also makes New Lifestyle's products, and they private label for other companies, such as Wonderslim. Google it, look at the boxes, and then check out both wonderslim and new lifestyle. They are the same product by the same manufacturer.

Yes, that is right, it is the same product.
