Default MF & Exercise

I have been on MF for 2.5 week so far, week 1 lost 4.5 pounds, week 2 only 1.5 and so far this week 2.5. When I went in to see my counsler last week she noticed I had been to the gym 3 times and said that is why I hadn't lost weight and that I should stop going for the next few weeks. I was walking the treadmill for 20-30 mins and doing the bike for 10-20. I didn't feel I was overdoing it and I REALLY want to get this weight off asap. If I can't go to the gym what else can I do to encourage my fat to go away?

Default Water

The key for me is water. I was told to drink half my body weight in ounces of water a day. In other words, I weigh 170 so I need to drink 85 ounces of water a day.

I don't lose when I don't drink enough water, and when I drink so much I feel water logged, I lose a lot faster.

You also are not as heavy as many of the people on medifast. When you have less to lose, it is not going to come off as quickly. I have lost 11 pounds since Nov 1. So really, you are right on pace. I started at 207, but I am also about 4.5 inches taller than you. I think that your weight loss so far is great! Just get your water in, and make sure to time your meals. Maybe try eating your l and g for lunch, I seem to lose more that way. Keep us posted on your success!
