Crystal Light OK?

I was told that Crystal Light was OK, but since I have been drinking it the last three days my weight loss has stalled. Anyone heard if its OK or not? I have been drinking a lot of it.

It's only been three days- I'd wait 1-2 weeks before being sure your loss has stalled.

Though if you think it's partly due to the crystal light just cut back.

Hi-i drink crystal light alot also and i have been having a 2 lb weight loss every week pretty consistently so i dont think it is from that and like beerab said if its only been a couple of days give it another couple days and weigh yourself and see what happens-good luck!

I only allow myself 8-16 ounces of it a day. Some days I dont have any at all. I do allow myself one diet cherry pepsi a day too. To stay really sane, I chew sugar free bubble gum all day long. :-)

I live on Crystal Light lemonade. I can only drink so much plain water. I also make iced tea out of Good Earth tea bags. I don't know what's in it, but it's naturally sweet without sugar, and there's no caffeine so I can drink it whenever I want to.
