This is a MF recipe. I haven't tried it with WS yet since I don't mind their oatmeal, but it should still work.
5 packets oatmeal
1 packet pudding
3 packets Splenda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp white vinegar
6 oz Torani's/DaVinci's Sugar-Free Syrup
6 oz cold water
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Mix dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Slowly add the liquid mixture to the dry, stirring until mix is muffin batter consistency. Let batter sit for about 5 minutes. Drop into 12 mini muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. Remove from pan and let cool.
Yield=6 MF meals.

Thanks Operator, I'll definitely try that out this week.
I *did* try one of the MF cookie recipes (the vanilla/snickerdoodle one) and it failed miserably with the WS products (van. shake mix).... I made the mistake of prepping 4 batches of the stuff before I waited to see how the first turned out And it was inedible goo... Yuck. I wouldn't advise trying the MF cookie recipes.
I just tried the MF bread bar recipe (with WS oatmeal and pudding) and am waiting to see how that turns out... So far, it looks ok, I'm just waiting for it to cool. I have it stuck in my head to get at least one of them to work tonight, so I can prep some stuff to take to work.
I'll report back tomorrow with the results.

Just updating (in case anyone's curious) to say that the bread bars recipe (in the Medifast recipe sticky thread) turned out ok with WS. I made it with the oatmeal and chocolate pudding (which I didn't expect to turn out very well), but it was decent. I might stock up on some of the other flavors of pudding to make these regularly... it's much easier than making a shake at work.

I am new to this site and should be receiving my Wonderslim shipment on Wednesday, so I will be beginning on Thursday, 4/22/10. I have tried Medifast, numerous times since Oct. 2008, but I just felt starved and couldn't stomach the food. Plus, I believe 800 calories is just too low for me. I envy anyone who can do MF, because I know it's a proven program that works, but I had to admit that maybe it wasn't my best personal fit.
I have tested out some of the WS shakes and I must say that they are head and shoulders above MF. So I'm hoping with the addition of fruit and carbs, WS may be a better and more realistic fit.
I am currently 5'11 and 240 lbs, which is the most I have ever weighed in my life. I did not start putting on weight until I was in my mid-twenties, but it never was this bad. I am hoping to loose 100 lbs. in a year.
Wish me luck .

Hello, I am new to the site also! I started WS last week on 4/16. After reading everyone's success, I am really excited about meeting my goal!! My start weight was 210 goal weight 160. I did get on the scale after two days and I had lost 1.8 pounds! I was so excited! I have not been on the scale since. Just a little nervous that I might be disappointed, I have not been exercising like I should!! I plan on doing that today, I got side tracked this week, with plumbing issues!
Jeanelld, I wish you LUCK!! I am sure that you will be surpised as I was when you get started!! Keep me updated on your success!
Operator265, Let me know if you start a new "weight-in" I would love to join you!!

Welcome Kitti1300!!! On day two here, and so far so good. I look forward to my first weigh-in next week. I am going to weigh-in on Fridays so hopefully we can do weekly chck-in's with each other.
There is a thread under "Wonderslim?", with some very active members. You should check it out.

Down 4lbs my first week...I will take that. For week two I am aiming to stay on the lower end of my calorie range, work-out six days a week, get ALL my water in (been drinking about 32oz, not 64 like I should), and take another step toward kicking my sugar addiction.
Congrats to all of the loosers .

I am down 1.5 lbs. this week. I did not exercise at all this week, so I am happy with that. Since the weather is clearing I am planning on walking to and from work.
Welcome to all the newbies and congrats to those who lost.
Happy Mother's day to all of the Mommies

** TOTALLY OFF TOPIC, somewhat I've been searching around tryin to find a price on Canadian shipping of WonderSlim, I really really want to try it out, heard great results ^^, might aswell give it a try right? Well the thing is that I'm a little erie, about the shipping cost. I was planning on buying 24 boxes of the shakes. The whole shipping thing worries me. Can anyone give me an estimate on how much it would cost to ship wonderslim to canada? Anyone anyone ?!

I do not know how much it would be to ship there, but they do address it in their FAQ http://www.dietdirect.com/ship.aspx#international Also you can fill up the cart and put your address in and click estimate shipping and that should tell you the prices, but read the FAQ first. If you do start it come check out our thread! http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/diet...-june-4th.html
