Hello,

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I did weigh myself this weekend and I am really happy to say that I did much better than I had expected. I lost 7lbs!! so, I am now down to 209 lbs Can someone tell me how to get a ticker added to my signature? I hope everyone did as well with the program.

Cheers!!

Oh, never mind about the ticker, I just read that you have to be a member for 20 days before the signature options show up for you. I searched for the posting requirement but could not find what the minimum required posting is, can someone please tell me how many postings are required from new members before they can use the signature option?

Okay... So I went yesterday to a Medifast center to do the initial consult. I decided that I needed a few days to choke on the money that I am about to spend... Is it worth it? Sure it is, I tell myself, but seriously I didn't ask and I know that I should have, but anyone know how they calculate the amount for the program in the clinics? I will be going in this Sat. to join and do my measurements. I am super excited.

I haven't been to a clinic. I just ordered on line. But, for me the upfront cost has more than been made up for in the food I DON'T buy. Now, I'm spending about $50-75/week instead of $150 and up at the grocery store.

Smile Where to buy?

Dan-

I live in Lexington, too. You seem to know a lot about Medifast--is there a place in Lexington where I can just go buy a starter kit and walk out with the food? Or is there a place online where I could find it a little cheaper?
