Talking First Week, first official Weigh IN
Ok I made it through week one, I am actually on day 7 and I have lost 11.5lbs total! Where is everyoneone else at today??

Congrats in the weight loss, your doing great! I lost 9.1 my first week! That was as of Saturday! The ticker doesn't do the .7 or .5, so that actually wrong!

Congrats on your first weigh-in!!

So now that you've made it through the 1st week, how are you feeling? Anything that you've learned or will do differently going forward? I'm in day 5, with my first "offical" weigh-in on Saturday...although I've been sneaking a peek at the scale every morning as soon as my feet hit the floor! Just can't help myself!!
