100% OP yesteday...1st day
walked 2.5 miles
15 min on gazelle
drank 1 gallon of water.......

6lbs down this morning!!!!

is that possible.......will it stick!?!?

It is very possible because your body weight will flucuate drastically sometimes, depending on sodium, exercise, water intake, time of month, ect...
Most of it is probably water weight, but please dont get discouraged if you end up seeing it bounce up a few pounds it is normal. You just keep trudging on and you will see REAL results and be so happy with them.

I figure I don't count a weight until I have seen it twice! Isn't this exciting though? I have tried so many things and gave up because I never saw results. Sure I might have seen some results after 6 months but I couldn't wait.

I LOVE Medifast.
