Wink Im thinking about starting,,have a question.

Im thinking about starting this diet but I have a few questions maybe someone can help me with, first someone said the food is all powered food does this mean the soup has no noodles and chilli hs no meat? Is it just like a chili broth? are there any solid foods in the soup and chilli ? also how bad does this food taste? Because I love my food, real solid food. Im just worried the food wont fill me up and I cook for 2 kids and a husband if they eat good food and I have to drink crap I wont stick with it. is there anywhere that shows a pic. of a bowl of the food cooked? sorry so many questions.

The soups have dehydrated veggies, noodles, beans, rice, etc. kind of on the idea of cup a soup/lipton soups in appearance before you make them. The oatmeal is more of a hot cereal than like instant oatmeal. There are also bars & puddings, shakes, hot drinks like cocoa, chai & cappuccino, & cold drinks too. There are also scrambled eggs which are powdered & sound gross but are really tasty when cooked in a pan on the stove. You also have one healthy meal a day of real food: lean protein & non-starchy veggies which is great because you can have dinner with the family much easier.

You could check out choosemedifast.com for some more info & I'm sure some of the other gals here will chime in w/more info.

Your questiosn don't bother us at all! We are glad to provide you with some info It would be great to have another teammate We are very supportive of each other... Kind of like a big family of slimming women!

The food tastes OK... Some i did not like, some i was fine with... Like I love the chili, the Wild rice chicken soup, Hot cocoa, and the eggs! I eat those as is...

I do not like shakes so i knew it would be a probelem when following this diet... But i found out that youcould make recipes with the MF food. As in, I don't like the banana pudding or the oatmeal as is... BUT i love it cooked in a pancakes, or in a banana bread!!! I make biscuits, bread out of the Chicken soup, Some people make chips out ot the tomato soup... For me, what i really miss was bread... so i had to find a way to make it work!

You also get one meal of real healthy food a day and that seems to work perfect for me! I cook it for my daughter and I. It will be tempting at first when you cook for your family... BUT... after a few days (usually less than a week) you will have ABSOLUTELY NO CRAVINGS!!! I can see my friends eating pizza, fries, whatever... and i do not want it. It might smell good but I am not hungry and my mind is not asking... It really takes the will power out of the equation!

I had a slip up last week ened and i fell of the plan for one meal... I felt terrible physically and mentally... It was slightly hard the next few days because i had to go back to ketosis... But finally after 4 days,i lost the weight that i had just gained!

Another way for you to not spend too much money on the program right now, would be to order just a 2 week supplies or try to see if they have a medifast center by your house, where you can buy th efood weekly. My center always has a special where they give you a free week of food every month and you get to customize your food at no extra charge... i really like that option!

If you do the program, you will lose weight! Take it from someone that has failed most diets... This one is working for me... and honestly, i never thought losing weight would be so easy... I think a lot of girls would agree with me...

Plus the cost is pretty reasonable. It ends up costing $55/w in Medifast and maybe $10-15 for the L&G meal... way less than what i used to spend

I hope this help
