According to zumba.com with a full Zumba workout you burn a ton of calories...it's a great cardio workout. If your doctor says it's ok to exercise,it can be done by persons of all weights & conditions. You just do it at a lower intensity/shorter time. The moves are like dancing. I just LOVE the music & it's something new in my exercise routine that will be fun.

If you notice the people in jeans in the back & the heavyish woman seated off to the left, they aren't so great like the leaders...but they are still getting a fun workout.
