Default Does anyone know the name of the mary lou henner book?
A friend used to have it and has done well with it. Another friend is wanting to try it but i can't seem to find the name of the book. Any ideas?

I had that book I wonder what the heck I did with it? The lifestyle was way too strict for me... If I remember correctly I think it was vegetarian...

Isn't Marilu Henner an advocate of food combining? An acquaintance of mine got one of Henner's old books out of the library and it was all about food combining (I don't recall the title of the book.) This woman lost 60 pounds, but the food combining principles sound a little offbeat to me.
