I looove the Kuffel book!
I bought it when it came out in hardcover almost a year ago now and must have read it a total of 4 times now. It's very reassuring to know that you don't have to be "perfect" 100% of the time, and reminds me that maintenance is a process.

I am currently reading Tales From the Scale by Erin J. Shea and I'm really enjoying it. It's a compilation of stories from women who have struggled with their weights. I was lucky enough to find a copy at my local library, so I have one less book to add to the Weight Loss Library. ;)

I'm looking for a book about food servings. That's one thing I really want to learn or if there is a good website that teaches what food serving sizes should be.

Has anyone read Jeanette Fulda's Half Assed? I follow her blog, but have yet to read her book. Anyone heard anything about it?

It is certainly not a "how to lose weight" book, but she has a terrific way of expressing herself. I also follow her Blog, and, as one who has re-gained 100 lbs three separate times, I'm very interested to see how she deals with long-term Maintenance. |
thanks so much for this list. I've been searching for some good book recommendations. thanks!
